Simply Extensions is a South West London builder specialising in house extensions and loft conversions. Our enthusiasm to deliver excellent quality workmanship and service for our customers make fabulous extensions and loft conversions a reality.
 Our master builder Keith, has over 20 years' experience and specialises in extensions. He prides himself on delivering the highest quality of workmanship including working with and selecting the most experienced and like-minded tradesmen. Phil is our our loft conversion specialist and has almost as much experience as Keith, as well as being an excellent project manager. Joe is new to the team but brings with him a wealth of experience and is happy building extensions or lofts.
 Sarah runs the office and has first hand experience of the entire extension process from the customer's point of view. This enables a better appreciation and understanding of the entire end to end process. This is very much reflected in the way all projects are co-ordinated and run.
 Building regulations require that all new extensions meet minimum insulation standards to reduce carbon emissions. We understand and value the importance of the environment and are able to offer you additional options that go beyond these requirements.
