how much will it cost?
No project is the same but typically extensions start from about £30,000 and loft conversions start from £25,000. We cautiously advise allowing a 10% contingency in your budget for the unknown or changes to your requirements.

what is included in the price?
Depending on your requirements all materials, labour and project management are included.
how long will it take?
We expect to complete all construction works within eight weeks for an extension and 6 weeks for a loft conversion. You should also consider that obtaining the necessary council building and planning consents could also take about two months.
will I need planning permission?
As part of our commitment of making it simple for you we can arrange all planning and building regulations consents on your behalf.
what energy saving options are available?
Home extensions not only provide new, energy efficient accommodation, but can also improve the overall energy performance of your entire house. We always aim to incorporate best practice energy features into the design and specification of projects. If you specify this type of extension it can be cost effective, and any additional expense is quickly recovered in reduced fuel bills. Payback periods are usually less than seven years, but fuel costs are reduced for the entire life of the building.
