We listen to and identify your requirements so we can provide you with a comprehensive estimate. At this early stage we will discuss options, features and provide you with more information about the process.
We undertake to send you a written estimate free of charge within one week.

Our planner or surveyor will meet with you to discuss any additional or specific requirements you may have.
Detailed specifications and drawings will be forwarded to you within two weeks for approval.

planning applications
We will apply for any compulsory planning application and building regulations on your behalf. We are also able to introduce you to a number of surveyors to help with any Party Wall arrangements.
Upon acceptance of planning consent we can agree a mutually convenient start date.
construction
Looking after your existing property is important to us, so we will ensure that we cover access areas with protective covering before commencing the construction work.
Depending on the complexity of your project we aim to complete all works to a builders' finish (i.e. ready for decorating, tiling and the installation of your new kitchen or bathroom) within eight weeks. We also provide you with a building regulation completion certificate, manufacturers' guarantees and a 6 year warranty.
